  • Determining Frequency & Timeline: We’ll assess how many days per week of personalized training are necessary to help you reach your goals, ensuring a realistic timeline for achieving those results.

  • Personal Training & Support: You’ll receive dedicated personal training sessions alongside other women with similar or shared goals, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
